Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if the item was damaged during delivery, and the return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@ametsuchi.co with the following information:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible, returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn and unused)

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted and refunded.
